Delete Account

You can delete your SatoshiPeak account at any time — instantly in the app, or by email if you can't sign in. This page explains exactly what happens and what to do first.

What deletion does

Deleting your account deactivates it immediately and anonymizes your profile: your name is replaced with “Deleted User”, your email address is removed from the account, your sessions and push tokens are revoked, and you can never sign in to that account again.

Mining contracts, BTC balances, staking positions and referral history are financial records — they are retained per our data-retention policy (see the Privacy Policy), but you will no longer be able to access them. Once processed, deletion cannot be undone by you or by support.

Before you delete

• Withdraw your BTC — move any withdrawable balance to your own wallet while your account is still active.
• Settle open items — finish or follow up on pending withdrawals, active mining contracts, staking positions, and open support tickets.
• Save your records — download anything you may need later for tax or compliance; after deletion you cannot sign in to retrieve it.
• Deletion cannot be reversed. If you only want a break, signing out keeps your account safe and untouched.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open the SatoshiPeak app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.

3. Read the summary, enter your account password, and type DELETE (or your account email) to confirm.

4. Tap “Delete my account”. Deactivation is immediate.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can no longer sign in, email Support@satoshipeak.site from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account” and include your registered email in the message. We may ask you to complete a short verification step to prove the account is yours.

Verified email requests are processed promptly, normally within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete. To protect accounts, our confirmation does not reveal whether an account existed for an email that is not yours.

After deletion

You will no longer be able to sign in, and the deleted email cannot be used to register a new account in the ordinary way. Remaining balances, active contracts and stakes in a deleted account are forfeited to the extent permitted by law, which is why we ask you to withdraw and settle everything first.
