These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SatoshiPeak mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (“Services”) operated by SatoshiPeak (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure.
These Terms are a product-use agreement. They are not legal advice and do not claim that SatoshiPeak holds a financial, banking, securities, or money-transmitter license in any jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You represent that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws where you reside and from where you access the platform. We may restrict availability by geography, device, or product. You are responsible for determining whether cloud mining, crypto products, rewards, and referrals are lawful for you.
You agree to provide accurate registration information (name and email) and keep your credentials confidential. Email verification is required before financial features. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including deposits, withdrawals, contract purchases, staking, reward claims, and referrals. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict accounts that show suspicious, abusive, or non-compliant activity.
Cloud mining is performed remotely on SatoshiPeak infrastructure. Your device does not perform cryptocurrency mining. Estimated outputs are not guaranteed.
SatoshiPeak provides cloud-based Bitcoin mining contracts and account-management tools. Mining products are hashrate allocation / cloud-mining contracts operated on SatoshiPeak infrastructure. We are not a bank, custodian in the traditional securities sense, broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser.
Product displays — including ROI, APY, hashrate, daily profit, and total profit — are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees, offers, or investment advice.
Contract purchases debit your spendable balance and create allocation records subject to the plan catalog, price, duration, and validity shown at purchase time. Accruals follow server-side product configuration and operational factors. We may modify plan catalogs, rates, and product wording for new purchases. Completed purchases are not retroactively rewritten except as required by law or to correct a documented error. Holding a contract does not transfer ownership of physical mining hardware to you.
Estimated outputs, daily/total projections, ROI percentages, staking APY, reward amounts, and referral commission rates are not guaranteed income. Actual results can be lower, delayed, or zero. Outcomes depend on network difficulty, asset prices, contract terms, platform configuration, uptime, payment providers, and other factors outside your control. Historical or illustrative figures are not a promise of future results.
Deposits may be accepted via supported crypto payment methods through our payment hub and, on Android, via Google Play in-app purchases where offered. Spendable balance is platform credit denominated in USD equivalent for purchasing in-app products. Per-purpose wallet buckets (spendable, mining, withdrawable, staking, referral, and similar) track amounts according to platform rules.
Credit purchased through Google Play in-app purchases is non-withdrawable unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific product.
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum amounts, network fees, security review, account standing, and processing times. You are solely responsible for providing a correct destination address and compatible network. Completed blockchain transfers are irreversible. We may delay, review, or reject withdrawals that appear abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
Network fees, payment-processor fees, and platform fees (where applicable) may apply to deposits, withdrawals, or conversions. Fee estimates are disclosed at transaction time or in product quotes. Third-party networks and processors may charge additional amounts that we do not control.
The referral program is a single-level (direct) invite program. It is not a multi-level marketing tree. Commission depends on eligible referred activity as recorded by SatoshiPeak servers, at the rate configured on the platform (currently 10%). Self-referral, fake accounts, and fraud are prohibited. Daily check-in rewards are promotional incentives. Completion is subject to server verification. Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent claims create no entitlement. Amounts and availability may change prospectively.
You may not: (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the Services; (c) use bots or automation to exploit promotions; (d) provide false information; (e) launder funds or facilitate illegal activity; (f) create multiple accounts to abuse referrals, rewards, or promotions; (g) reverse engineer or scrape the Services except as permitted by law.
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, software defects, hosting incidents, blockchain congestion, and third-party outages may interrupt access without prior notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, fraud risk, or operational reasons. You may delete your account from the SatoshiPeak app, or request deletion at https://satoshipeak.site/delete-account. Upon termination, certain provisions survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute-related clauses. Financial and security records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
By using SatoshiPeak you acknowledge that digital asset products involve significant risk of loss, that returns are not guaranteed, and that you have read the Risk Disclosure. Use only funds you can afford to lose.
The Services, branding, software, and content are owned by the Company or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app and website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT ESTIMATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
We may modify the Services, plan catalogs, reward and referral configuration, and these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted with a revised date. Material changes may be communicated via in-app notice or email where practical. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
