This Refund Policy explains when payments made to SatoshiPeak can and cannot be refunded. It covers crypto deposits, mining-plan and staking purchases made with account balance, and Google Play in-app purchases. By making a payment you agree to this policy.
A crypto deposit is final once it has been confirmed on the blockchain and credited to your account. Confirmed deposits cannot be reversed or refunded, because blockchain transfers are irreversible.
Payments sent to the wrong address, on an incompatible network, or below a stated minimum may never be credited and generally cannot be recovered. Always use the exact deposit details shown in the app and verify the network before sending.
Mining plans and staking positions are digital services that begin as soon as they are activated: hashrate allocation and accrual start immediately. For that reason, activated plans and active stakes are not refundable.
Exceptions — we will review and, where confirmed, correct: (a) duplicate charges for the same purchase; (b) a purchase that was charged but never activated because of a platform error; (c) any case where a refund is required by applicable law. Corrections may be made as balance restoration or, where feasible, a refund to the original payment method.
Purchases made through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy, and refund requests for those purchases are handled by Google. If Google approves a refund or a purchase is revoked, the corresponding credit is reversed from your SatoshiPeak account automatically, together with any referral commission that was generated by that purchase.
Credit purchased through Google Play is platform credit for in-app products; it is not cash and is not withdrawable as cryptocurrency.
If a payment is charged back, reversed, or found to be unauthorized, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your account balances, cancel products purchased with it, reverse related referral commissions, and restrict the account while the matter is reviewed.
Blockchain network fees and third-party processor fees are charged by external networks and providers. They are non-refundable in all cases, including when a transaction is delayed, fails after broadcast, or a related purchase is corrected.
A withdrawal that has been broadcast to the blockchain cannot be cancelled or refunded. A withdrawal request that is rejected during review (for example, for security or compliance reasons) returns the locked funds to your withdrawable balance — no fee is kept by SatoshiPeak for a rejected request, other than any processor cost already incurred.
If you believe you were charged in error, email Support@satoshipeak.site from your registered email address with: your account email, the date and amount, the transaction or order ID (for Play purchases, the GPA order ID from your Google Play receipt), and a short description of the problem.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and to complete our review within 10 business days. Approved corrections to account balance are applied promptly after the review.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
